Chaque canal traite un flux vidéo, quatre flux audio et un flux ANC. Il est possible de remapper librement jusqu’à 16 canaux audio par flux audio. Tous les modèles sont équipés de deux ports média IP 25 Gigabit Ethernet (SFP28) avec prise en charge totale de la redondance hitless ST 2022-7.
L’appareil est configuré et contrôlé via NMOS ou Ember+, ou via une API RESTful publiée pour faciliter son intégration dans des systèmes de contrôle tiers. Le logiciel MN SET peut également être utilisé pour contrôler le BN880.
